Reluxe ("Reluxe", "we", "us") operates reluxeedit.com, a marketplace where members buy and sell pre-owned designer clothing. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use Reluxe. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Selling

  • Listing is free. When an item sells, Reluxe keeps a 20% commission on the item price. The seller receives the remaining 80%.
  • You may only list authentic, high-end or designer clothing that you own, described accurately, with your own photos. Counterfeits are prohibited.
  • Listings go live when published. Reluxe may review, hide or remove any listing at any time, including listings reported by other members.
  • When your item sells you agree to ship it within 3 business days using the prepaid label provided in your dashboard.
  • Seller earnings are paid to the PayPal account on file 30 days after the sale, once the item has shipped. Earnings for items that are refunded, returned, disputed or not shipped are not paid. You are responsible for providing a correct PayPal account.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Buying

  • Items are pre-owned unless the listing says new with tags. Each item is one of a kind and sold as described in its listing.
  • Payment is processed by PayPal. The buyer pays the item price plus a flat shipping fee per item [PLACEHOLDER: and any sales tax, once tax collection is confirmed].
  • Each item ships separately from its seller.

Prohibited conduct

Don't list counterfeit or stolen goods, misrepresent items, arrange sales outside Reluxe to avoid fees, harass other members, or misuse the site.

Limitation of liability

Reluxe provides the marketplace "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Reluxe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid or earned through Reluxe for the transaction in question.
