What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Seller details: ship-from address and phone number (used to create shipping labels) and your PayPal email or PayPal account ID (used to pay you).
• Orders: items purchased, amounts, and the shipping address provided by PayPal at checkout.
• Listings and photos you upload, and basic usage data such as listing views.
• Messages you send through the contact form, and your email if you join our mailing list.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: create your account, show your listings, process payments, create shipping labels, pay sellers, send order and account emails, prevent fraud, and answer your questions. With your permission we email you about new arrivals.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run Reluxe: PayPal (payments and seller payouts), Shippo and the shipping carrier (labels and tracking), Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Resend (email delivery). Sellers see a buyer's name and city; the full address appears only on the shipping label. We do not sell your personal information.

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser.

Your choices

You can update your details in your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, or ask us to delete your account by emailing info@reluxeedit.com. We keep order records as required for accounting and tax purposes.
