What does it cost to sell on Reluxe?
Listing is free. When your item sells, Reluxe keeps 20% of the sale price for marketplace operations, marketing and customer support, and you receive 80%. The buyer pays shipping at checkout.
How do I ship my item?
As soon as your item sells, you will get an email and the order will appear in your seller dashboard. Click "Print label" to download a prepaid shipping label, pack your item and drop it off with the carrier. Tracking updates automatically.
When and how do I get paid?
Your 80% is paid to your PayPal account. Earnings are released 30 days after the sale once your item has shipped, which gives the buyer time to receive it. You can follow every payout in the Payments tab of your dashboard.
What can I sell?
High-end and designer women's clothing in great condition: event dresses, sets, tops, skirts and pants. Reluxe reviews listings and removes anything that is not designer, not as described or not in sellable condition.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Yes. Payouts are sent through PayPal, so you will connect your PayPal account (or enter your PayPal email) in your dashboard settings before your first listing goes live.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 15 photos per listing. Bright, natural light and a plain background work best. Include the front, back, labels, and close-ups of any wear.
